Interviewed, hired, and managed 50+ sales representatives for San Diego State University. Collected and organized payments from 1000+ students, established hotel, transportation, and room assignments. Coordinated the marketing and promotion of SWAT products through social media platforms and numerous campus events. Organized and conducted bi-monthly sales representative meetings. Planned, hosted, and followed up with all staff.

Established leads through the use of social media platforms, networking, and on-campus promotional events. Generated a total $17,000 of individual revenue, highest of any sales representative in San Diego. Efforts during employment were rewarded with a promotion to Campus Sales Manager.
Elected to be a representative for over 8,000 students in the College of Professional Studies and Fine Arts by the student population. Act as a liaison between the University and the Student Organizations and Students of SDSU. Work to pass Resolutions on legislative and policy matters that affect the California State University System and San Diego State students. Manage a $21 million budget, operate seven facilities and oversee over 1,000 employees.
Elected to manage a budget of $10,000+ for programming efforts of Cal Delta's 180 man chapter. Responsible for the chapter's functions, programs, and to keep the chapter calendar. Take upon all duties in the absence of the chapter president. Work closely with chapter brothers to ensure that all events are well communicated and well executed. As well as work will our standing Alumni Board to maintain the stability of the chapter.
The Lavin Entrepreneur Program immerses 20 students from San Diego State University into a two-year professional level entrepreneurship and business development program. By partnering the students with a mentor in their respective field of study, participants develop valuable connections and gain industry expertise. Bi-weekly keynote speakers, reading assignments, business plan workshops, and community networking events further help the personal and professional development of the chosen students.
